2025 Dutch Grand Prix – Qualifying F1 results (Zandvoort)

Here are the complete F1 results from qualifying at the Dutch Grand Prix, the 15th round of the F1 2025 season at the Zandvoort circuit.

McLaren driver Oscar Piastri claimed pole position for the Dutch Grand Prix, pipping team-mate Lando Norris to P1 by just 0.012 seconds.

What are the F1 results from qualifying at the Dutch Grand Prix?

After heading all three practice sessions at Zandvoort, Norris carried his advantage into the early stages of qualifying by topping both Q1 and Q2.

However, the British driver was left shellshocked in the decisive Q3 session as Piastri secured his fifth pole of the F1 2025 season.

Max Verstappen, the Red Bull driver and reigning four-time World Champion, will start third, sharing the second row with Racing Bulls star Isack Hadjar, who impressed en route to fourth on the grid.

Mercedes driver George Russell will start fifth with Ferrari pair Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton in sixth and seventh respectively.

Hadjar’s Racing Bulls team-mate Liam Lawson will start eighth, with Carlos Sainz ninth for Williams.

Fernando Alonso was unable to carry Aston Martin’s impressive pace on Friday into qualifying and will start 10th.

Further back, it was disappointment for Andrea Kimi Antonelli and Yuki Tsunoda who both failed to reach Q3.

Alonso’s Aston Martin team-mate Lance Stroll will start 20th and last having failed to set a time after an accident on his first lap of Q1.

Stroll was able to return to the garage after his mistake, but was unable to post a lap due to extensive damage on his AMR25.

It came just 24 hours after Stroll crashed heavily in FP2 at Zandvoort.
