Here are the complete F1 results from qualifying at the British Grand Prix, the 12th round of the F1 2025 season at the Silverstone circuit.

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has claimed pole position for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

What are the F1 results from qualifying at the British Grand Prix?

Verstappen clocked a fastest lap of 1:24.892 in Q3, going 0.103 seconds faster than McLaren driver and F1 2025 championship leader Oscar Piastri.

Piastri’s McLaren team-mate Lando Norris will start third after winning the last race in Austria a week ago, with Mercedes driver George Russell claiming fourth place on the grid.

Lewis Hamilton leads an all-Ferrari third row after marginally outpacing team-mate Charles Leclerc.

Russell’s Mercedes team-mate Andrea Kimi Antonelli posted the seventh-fastest time in Q3, but will serve a three-place grid penalty after causing a collision with Verstappen on the opening lap in Austria.

Haas driver Oliver Bearman, eighth fastest in qualifying, will also take a grid penalty after a red-flag infringement in final practice at Silverstone.

Fernando Alonso’s Aston Martin and Pierre Gasly’s Alpine complete the top 10.

Further back, it was once again disappointment for Yuki Tsunoda who qualified a distant 12th on a day Red Bull team-mate Verstappen secured pole.

Franco Colapinto’s struggles also continued with an accident in Q1, leaving him 20th and last on the grid.
